How We Are Different
The majority of talent agencies who recruit overseas employees earn their fees by inflating the virtual assistant’s wage. You are charged $18/hr while your virtual assistant may be paid as little as $6/hr by the agency. The agency pockets the difference, sometimes as much as a 3x markup.
Tandem charges a one-time fee and you pay your employee directly. We source your virtual assistant for a reasonable, flat fee of $1,998. After 30 days if you are not thrilled with your assistant we will find you a replacement at no cost. Alternatively, or if you're unhappy with your second candidate, we'll return our initial fee, no questions asked.
